Here’s a brief background on the guy she has been dating for some months now:

Oliver Ripley is a jet-haired financial analyst working the Russia accounts at Louis Dubin’s real-estate company, the Athena Group. In April 2005, Oliver Ripley started Ocean Group International with his partner, a direct investment company with assets in aviation and property. Ocean Group’s activities include Ocean Sky (a private jet company), Ocean Properties (a property development company) and Ocean Investments (fund investment).
Subsequently in September 2005, Oliver founded Kronos Capital Holdings, an investment company focused on the Russian market which seeks to exploit market inefficiencies in developing sectors.
In 2003 Oliver worked for The Athena Group in New York, a real estate investment and development company, which developed residential real estate in the United States. Athena was capitalized by a $200 million equity fund raised by Morgan Stanley and generated approximately $300 million in sales per year. He was involved with acquisitions, financial underwriting, debt financing and sales. While in New York he studied at NYU, at the Masters in International Real Estate program.
Previously Oliver worked for Gems in Argentina, a hedge fund of funds, expanding their client base and advising on their Russia portfolio. In 2001 he worked for MNGK, The Moscow Oil and Gas Company in Russia.
Oliver graduated from Eton and Oxford. He is bilingual in Russian and English. He is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.
